We created an announcement for the team, but none of the users can see it on their dashboard. The message was saved successfully. What could be the reason?
Check the Show on Dashboard toggle in the announcement list. If the button is not set to Active, the announcement will not appear on the dashboard.
You’re right, it was disabled.
Once you enable it, the announcement will immediately appear for the relevant users.
