How can I assign special pricing for premium customers?

I want to give special prices to a few premium customers. Is there a way to do this in EalSuite?

Yes, you can do this using the Item Catalogue feature

Steps:

  1. Create a custom catalogue with special prices

  2. Go to Sales → Customers

  3. Open the customer → Click Edit

  4. In the Catalogue field, select your custom catalogue

  5. Save

How does it apply during billing?

When you create a bill for that customer:

  • Select items as usual

  • EalSuite will automatically pick the catalogue price (special price)

Just make sure the catalogue is assigned correctly, otherwise default pricing will be used.
