I’ve been generating reports in EalSuite, but I’m not sure what’s the best way to share them with my team or clients. Is there any built-in option for sharing, or do I have to download and send them manually?
You actually have a couple of options depending on what you need.
Option 1: Export and share manually
You can export any report and then share it however you want.

Open the report

Click on the Export option (usually top-right)

Choose format:

Excel (best for analysis)

CSV (raw data)

PDF (clean, shareable format)

Save it and send via email, drive, etc.
This is the most flexible method.
Adding to that, if you’re sending reports to clients, PDF works best since it looks more structured and professional.

Yes, but only for specific reports.
Option 2: Share PDF via Mail (for Customer/Supplier reports)
For Customer and Supplier reports, there’s a direct option:

Click submit
That’s it, it sends directly from the system.
One small tip: Before exporting or sharing, make sure you apply filters properly.
Otherwise, you might end up sending unnecessary or sensitive data.
