We send similar introduction text in every quotation. Is there a way to preset this message so we don’t have to type it each time?
Yes, you can set a default proposal text. Go to Settings → General Preferences → Proposal Text.
There you’ll find a Rich Text Editor where you can enter your standard proposal message. After clicking Save, it will automatically appear in all newly created quotations.
That will definitely save us time. Thanks!
