Inventory Out from Project Showing as Unassociated in Stock Movement

Inventory was allocated to a project.

After material consumption, we performed Inventory Out from the project.

But in the Stock Movement Report, the issued quantity appears as Unassociated.

How can this be corrected?

This happens because the Inventory Out transaction is not yet linked to the Sales Invoice raised against the project.

To resolve:

  1. Open the Sales Invoice that was raised for the project.

    2.Click on the Associate Items option.

  2. Select the items that were issued using Inventory Out.

  3. Save the association.
