Missing Edit / View / Delete Options on Customers List

Hi everyone,

I’m on the Customers list page, but I can’t see Edit, View, or Delete options for any record. Is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong

This usually happens when the Manage option is disabled in the view settings.

Where exactly can I check that setting?

You can fix this easily:

  1. Go to View Settings → Edit View

  2. Under the Basic section, make sure the “Manage” checkbox is checked

  3. Save the view

Once that’s enabled, the Edit, View, and Delete actions should appear.
