Why am I unable to reduce the opening balance amount after it has been used in transactions?
Yes. The opening balance amount cannot be reduced below the consumed value. This ensures proper ledger reconciliation and accurate reporting.
Once an opening balance is partially or fully consumed by any transaction, the system does not allow the opening balance amount to be reduced below the already used value.
