Can we add a watermark on the quote PDF?

Are you asking whether the system supports showing the quote status as a watermark in the PDF?

Yes, a watermark can be added to the quote PDF, and it will display the status of the quote.

To enable the watermark:

  • Go to Settings

  • Open Template Builder v2

  • Select the template used for the quote

  • Under Document Properties, enable the Watermark option

Once enabled, the watermark will appear on the quote PDF generated using that template.
