I can log in using fonteworks.ealsuite.com, but when I try www.fonteworks.ealsuite.com, it doesn’t open at all.
Is something wrong with my setup?
Nothing wrong on your side. It’s just how the domain is configured.
Meaning? i don’t get it.
Basically, www and non-www are treated as different URLs.
In your case, only the non-www version is set up properly, so that’s the one that works.
Ohh, I thought both would always work the same.
Usually they do, but only if the system is configured to redirect one to the other.
Looks like that hasn’t been set here.
