Hello, everyone. I’ve encountered an issue while trying to download a report in PDF format. It’s a large PDF, and I’ve noticed that some rows are missing.

I need to export a report as usual, but it seems that the PDF is just too large, and it’s causing these problems.
How did u understand that the PDF is too large, are you getting such a message? Or are you getting any specific error message?
it is showing a ‘time out error’!
One way to tackle this is to hide unwanted columns from the report. It can significantly reduce the PDF size. Have you tried excluding any columns?

To hide columns, you’d typically need to modify the report view first. Look for an option which says ‘columns’ (found above the fields and close to pdf export option). This should make the PDF more manageable.

Tom, if these solutions don’t work stated by Varun doesn’t work, please consider exporting the report in Excel format. Excel handles large datasets efficiently and provides more flexibility. After that, you can convert it to PDF using external tools or services.
