We purchased an item with Serial Number tracking enabled, but while creating the purchase bill we didn’t see the field to enter serial numbers. Where should these be added?
You need to click the Warehouse button next to the quantity field during the purchase entry.
That will open the right-side panel where serial numbers can be entered for each unit.
Got it. I missed the Warehouse button earlier.
